Fighting 311th Harrier

Part of Marine Attack Squadron 311 (VMA-311 – the “Tomcats”) from Marine Corps Air Station Yuma, this AV-8B Harrier is coming in hot after a high speed run around Puget Sound, a practice run for a display later in the week coinciding with Seattle’s Seafair weekend. A special Marine week celebration was held during the run up to Seafair 2014, featuring ships, helicopters, and aircraft on static display and in flight.
